Terms and Conditions of Sale

The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these terms and conditions of sale. Any exception to these terms must be expressly agreed upon in writing in advance to be valid.
Invoices are payable within 21 business days, unless a different payment term is indicated on the invoice or the order. In the event of late payment, TECNOLOGÍAS EYA reserves the right to charge a fixed interest fee of 10% on the outstanding amount. TECNOLOGÍAS EYA may also suspend services without prior notice in case of delayed payments.
If a payment remains unpaid more than sixty (60) days after the due date, TECNOLOGÍAS EYA reserves the right to refer the matter to a debt collection agency. All legal costs will be borne by the client.
Some countries apply withholding taxes on invoice amounts based on local regulations. In such cases, the client is responsible for paying this withholding tax to the relevant tax authorities. Under no circumstances shall TECNOLOGÍAS EYA be held liable for such local costs. The full amount of the invoice remains payable to TECNOLOGÍAS EYA, and any such withholding taxes must be covered separately by the client.
TECNOLOGÍAS EYA commits to providing high-quality services in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed timelines. However, no obligation shall be interpreted as a guarantee of results. Under no circumstances shall TECNOLOGÍAS EYA be required to act as a third party in any claim for damages filed against the client by an end user or consumer.
To be valid, any claim must be submitted to TECNOLOGÍAS EYA by registered mail within 8 days of the delivery of goods or services.
All contractual relations shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Mexico.
